ASSESSMENTS AND REBATES
Bylaws Article III; Article VIII;
All personnel of the Association shall undergo a confidential, annual performance review. All employees shall receive a written performance evaluation, and acknowledge receipt by signing the evaluation. The evaluator shall also sign the review as completed and place a copy in the employee's file.
The reviews shall be completed by the second week of October.
- The Association Administrator shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors.
- The administrative assistant, bookkeeper and custodian shall be reviewed by the Administrator.
- The Golf Course Superintendent shall be reviewed by the Administrator.
- The maintenance crew shall be reviewed by the Golf Course Superintendent.
- The Pro Shop Manager shall be reviewed by the Administrator.
- Pro Shop clerks shall be reviewed by the Pro Shop Manager.
Based on the performance reviews and input from the supervisor, a salary review shall be conducted by the Board prior to completion of the budget.
IT IS RESOLVED this ___ day of February 2012 by a majority vote of the Board of Directors and effective upon distribution of the Association's March 2012 Newsletter
